Here is the step by step guide on how to use 3GMobile SMS + Contacts Backup to manages windows mobile SMS & contacts on your computer. You can:

• View all contacts on computer
• Add new contacts
• Edit contact info
• Set photo and ringtone for contacts
• Switch contact between sim card and outlook

Contacts Manager is a free tool designed by 3GMobileTool to help you view and manage your windows mobile phone contacts on your computer easily. Below are some tips on how to use it:

View Contacts

Step 1: Use 3GMobile SMS + Contacts Backup to backup your contacts from your mobile phone into a .xml file. Please refer to How to backup contacts from windows mobile phone to computer.

Step 2: Transfer the contacts backup file(*.xml) from your mobile phone to your computer by ActiveSync. Then run the ' 3GMobile SMS+Contacts Backup.exe '. Simply click 'File' -> 'Import'. See the following screenshot.

Step 3: Then you will see a popup windows. You simply select a contacts backup file and click 'open'.

Step 4: Now all contacts are imported into the pc’s management software of 3GMobile SMS+Contacts Backup. See the following screenshot. The left is a list of contacts and the right is details.

You can choose your favorite picture as head.As shown below:

Step 5: Click the contacts name in the contacts list,it will display the details of contacts on the right side.

Step 6:  Search：6.1 You need to choose a item in the first query input box that you want to search (such as name), shown in Figure

6.2Input the keyword(such as Anna) of the informations you want to find out in the second query input box,then click the search button.

6.3 If you need to remove search,click Cancel filter button at the right and bottom edge of the window.,then the system will return to the initial information.

Step 7: Modify：7.1 Click the contact name that you need to modify in the left contacts list,it will display the details of contact name on the right side.

7.2 Modify the contact name informations in the right box

7.2 Click Save,the modified informations will be saved.

Step 8.Add a new contact name：8.1 Click New(N),it will remove the all informations of contacts name on the right.

8.2 Input details of contact name,click Save,the contact name will be displayed in the left contacts list after you save the informations successful.

Note,the required field(*)must be filled.

Step 9 Export：9.1 Click the menu in order :FileExport(E)->Contact(C).

9.2 Input document name in the save as dialog box after it pop up,then click Save button.

Note: 1.If you need to reimport the modified SMS into phone,please choose .xml file format(*.xml);
2. If your pc can not running properly,(such as prompts .NET Framework Initialization Error),please check whether your PC installed Microsoft .NET Framework(version 2.0 or above)redistributable package or not, if not, please free download here and install it;
